but you don't have to do it alone
I am here to offer support as a "fellow traveler" in life and therapy.
None of us thrive in isolation. I view therapy, in part, as helping people make sense of being human. I aim to provide a safe space so clients can show up authentically and feel seen, heard,
and understood along the way.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and integrates neurobiology, intersectionality, somatic (body-based), and attachment-focused therapies.
I seek to make therapy accessible and sensitive to diverse populations, such as BIPOC, people with disabilities, neurodiverse people, and the LGBTQIA community. All are welcome.
Whether you are feeling confused, lost, and unsure of where to go next or you have a clear vision of what you'd like to get out of therapy, I'm happy to help support you in the process.
Please reach out. I offer free 15 minute virtual consultations to see how I can best help.
